Wheel of Fire and Ice — How the 4-Tier Multiplier Works
The Wheel of Fire and Ice is Fire Joker Freeze's main payout feature. It activates when all 9 positions on the grid fill with the same symbol — including wilds. The wheel has four concentric tiers, each with different multiplier values. Which tier you start on depends on how many Ice Joker stacks were on screen when the feature triggered.
How to Trigger the Wheel
Fill the entire 3×3 grid with one matching symbol. Fire Joker and Ice Joker wilds count as any symbol, so a screen with two stacks of sevens and one stack of Fire Jokers qualifies. The most common path: Re-Spin of Fire holds two matching stacks, the third reel respins and either matches or lands an Ice Joker who expands to complete the screen.
Tier Breakdown — Multiplier Values
| Tier | Multipliers | Snowflake? | Start Here If... |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 (inner) | ×2, ×3, ×4 | Yes → Tier 2 | No Ice Joker stacks |
| Tier 2 | ×3, ×4, ×5 | Yes → Tier 3 | 1 Ice Joker stack |
| Tier 3 | ×4, ×5, ×6 | Yes → Tier 4 | 2 Ice Joker stacks |
| Tier 4 (outer) | ×6, ×10, ×20 | No | 3 Ice Joker stacks |
How the Multiplier Applies
The wheel multiplier is applied to your base win from the triggering spin — not to your bet. If three Fire Jokers fill a payline (10× bet per line × 5 paylines = 50× total bet) and the wheel lands on ×20, your payout is 50 × 20 = 1,000× your bet. That is the theoretical max win. If the full screen was cherries instead (0.6× per line × 5 = 3× total), the same ×20 wheel gives you 60×. The symbol matters as much as the multiplier.
Snowflake Upgrades — Climbing the Tiers
On Tiers 1 through 3, the wheel includes snowflake segments alongside the multiplier values. If the wheel stops on a snowflake, you do not collect a multiplier — instead, you advance to the next tier and spin again. Each upgrade gives you access to higher multipliers. On Tier 4 there are no snowflakes — you always land on ×6, ×10, or ×20. The ideal scenario: trigger the wheel with three Ice Joker stacks (you start at Tier 4) and land the ×20. That requires a full screen of Ice Jokers, which is rare but not impossible given her expanding-wild mechanic.
